Where does one start to tell you about their life experiences. It seems like too much to start from childhood but that is where our stories start.  Growing up in a home with adverse child life events, created a person that was not who I came to this earth to be

 

I was fascinated by church at a young age and was even a religious petty officer in boot camp when I was in the Navy. In my 30's I started learning tarot, listening to audiobooks about quantum spaces and healing.  This has led me to connecting back to my spirit.  It is my belief that many try to control us from familial control, government control and my most recent realization, American health system control.  In seeing how the inside of the American health system, it has led me to pursue helping others connect to their wholeness; Mind - Body - Spirit. 

 

With 20+ years in health care to include Navy Medic, Medical assistant, Nursing assistant and Bachelors in Nursing. I have studied herbal medicine as a hobby and believe God gave us everything we need to heal the body here on earth.  I also believe that the only person who is going to help you is yourself but we are here to be guides to each other along the way to help with what is ailing our body/mind/spirit.

 

I believe in therapy as well as coaching, as both offer different objectives.  Therapy helps us look back at what happened and coaching helps us move forward in our personal goals.
